The Colorado Association for Responsible Transportation (CART) exists to preserve Windsor’s cart-friendly culture while promoting clear, consistent, and safety-focused transportation policy. We believe responsible golf cart and low-speed electric vehicle (LSEV) access should remain a valued part of community life through thoughtful collaboration between residents and local leadership. CART is a community member–led group of concerned citizens prepared to advocate for our neighborhoods, our families, and our long-standing access to responsible cart transportation.

We work to ensure that future decisions protect Windsor’s unique character, reflect the voices of the residents who live here, and are implemented with transparency, clarity, and fairness.
